T O W N H A L L Baesweiler

Since decades the most important building in the city of Baesweiler is turning it’s back on the town. The upcoming stages of construction in the next years “restoration, modernisation and expansion” are the perfect chance to change this for the feature.

Our aim was a town hall for all citizens that is presenting itself to the Maria Street and also to the city core.

From ecological and energetic aspects, the “new” town hall will be ahead of the time and trendsetting for future building - particulary with reference to the new EU-law that is guiding the way to the „Nearly Zero Energy Building“- Standard in all public buildings.
