First public building in “passive house standard” in Moldova.

Back in year 2014 we were comissioned from the KFW (credit institute for restoration) to plan the realization from the first scratch until the delivery of a high energy efficiant kindergarten in Moldova. Therefore we arranged multiple workshops together with the local architects “Axismundi” in the capital Chisinau.

During those workshops, we developed the preliminary plannings and also the design.

In addition all details for the passive house construction were designed and the architects of Axismundi were comissioned with the execution planning.

in July the 16th, the Kindergarten was opened ritualistic from the prime minister Pavel Filip as the first certificated passive house in Moldova.
